Air France - KLM / Newsletter

Together with my also freelancing colleague Kim de Vries, I write a monthly, internal newsletter for a joint Air France – KLM IT project. It focuses on news, but we also include personal interviews with project team members.

Schiphol Privium Clublounge

For the brand new Privium ClubLounge at Amsterdam Airport Schiphol, they needed a ‘tastily’ written menu. The dishes were already named, I was asked to provide some creative headlines to spice it up a bit.

Schiphol Airport / Baggage

In 2009, I worked two days per week for the Baggage department of Amsterdam Airport Schiphol. One of my achievements was the update of a booklet on baggage handling at this airport. Also I work on internal communication concerning the elaborate 70MB program. Still working here in 2010!
